APL and its affiliated operators and licensors are not common carriers and may refuse to carry any person without giving a reason. APL and each operator and licensor are responsible for the services they provide and are not responsible for any other services.
It is the renter's responsibility to read the complete terms and conditions carefully and confirming your booking constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Subject to the Terms, APL , its operators and licensors are not responsible for costs or losses (including missed flights or travel connections) resulting from diversions, substitutions, changes, cancellations, delays or booking errors. It is the hirer's responsibility to notify any changes as full charges may be incurred.
Your confirmed booking is arranged based on the information provided in your booking request, such as pick-up date and time or number of passengers. We've locked this time slot for you. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy and correctness of the booking confirmation details. If you find any errors in your booking details, please contact us immediately.
If the driver arrives and the amount of luggage does not match the booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund or charge you for a vehicle upgrade if available.
Passengers must comply with all laws and regulations of their state and the instructions of APL , its operators and licensors.

All rates are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax ( GST ), are charged per hour, per vehicle, and apply to direct transfers unless otherwise specified or otherwise priced. Rates do not include ground transportation charges such as airport parking fees, road and bridge tolls, telephone usage charges, child seats, and entry fees or special requests to tourist attractions unless otherwise specified. Credit card fees, booking fees and collection fees may apply, please check with Customer Service for more information.
Cancellations and changes
Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before pick-up time. If modified within 24 hours before pick up time or
For cancellations, no refunds and / or credits will be issued. If the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the pick-up time, the amount paid will be transferred to the balance without expiration time.
Changes Any changes / modifications after booking confirmation will be accepted only based on availability. APL , its operators and licensors reserve the right to impose additional fees on modifications to a booking, in addition to other applicable fees.

APL , its operators and licensors reserve the right to pass on any applicable increases in airport fees, road and bridge tolls, admission fees or parking fees at any time and without notice. APL , its operators and licensors will track all flight statuses regarding airport transfer wait times. If a passenger is delayed after arriving at the terminal, an additional fee may be charged for each additional minute beyond the free waiting time. OTC reserves the right to cancel and refund your trip at any time due to incorrect pricing, scheduling or vehicle availability issues.
Limitation of Liability and Insurance
The maximum limitation of liability (if accepted) will be limited to refunds for the trip in question. Every effort will be made to provide care but no liability is accepted. APL , its operators and licensors shall not be liable to the Customer for any claim for consequential losses and / or expenses (including loss of profits).

Subject to applicable laws, APL may provide your personal information to regulatory agencies and law enforcement officials as required by law. Personal information may also be disclosed in order to identify, contact or bring legal action to protect our rights or property.
Eating and drinking in the car
Consumption of food and beverages in vehicles is prohibited except for bottled water.
Customer security
Our drivers will always drive at a safe and reasonable speed, adhering to legal speed limits, traffic rules and prevailing road conditions, and in addition, drivers have the right to refuse entry to premises that they believe may place passengers and vehicles in an unsafe condition.
Vehicle damage and misconduct
As the customer, you will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by your instructions or any instructions you give to the driver or limousine attendant. The driver or limo attendant reserves the right to eject any customer from the vehicle for any inappropriate or rude behavior. In these cases, no refunds are provided.
Extension of time
If the hirer or passenger makes changes to the original booking, the hirer is responsible for paying APL , its operators or licensors for the additional time added to the original booking. This includes any additional charges that may be incurred when extending the rental period and / or adding additional stops to the original booking.
Additional charges
In the event of additional charges or extensions of time (see above), the passenger shall pay the additional charges to the driver immediately, whether before or after the transfer is completed. If an APL account or credit card was originally used to make the reservation, the additional charges may be refunded back to that account or credit card.
Insurance
APL , its operators and licensors carry passenger travel insurance. This insurance only covers public liability and is not travel insurance. Although we will do our best to ensure the safe custody of personal belongings, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the personal belongings you bring onto our vehicles.
Baggage information
Our maximum luggage limit in our sedans is two regular-sized suitcases (suitable size for flight check-in), plus two hand / soft luggage (suitable size for plane carry-on), or one large suitcase plus a golf ball bag and a soft luggage. If your luggage exceeds the capacity of a sedan, it is recommended that you consider booking a larger vehicle such as an MPV . Additional baggage transfers will incur additional charges, please inquire at time of booking for specific charges. Due to transportation regulations and safety concerns, no suitcases will be transported in the passenger area of the vehicle.
Multiple pick-up points
Unless a quote has been provided, additional charges will apply in all cases where additional transfers are required en route.
On time and vehicle selection
Please be assured that APL , its operators and licensors will take all reasonable steps to ensure on-time service, but in the unlikely event that due to various circumstances (such as traffic, road and weather conditions, illness, vehicle breakdown and other customers causing us to be late, etc.) causing our drivers to be late, APL , its operators and licensors are not responsible.
We cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle if vehicle breakdown or accident renders the reserved vehicle unavailable. We will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle and provide you with advance notice prior to pick up.
We cannot guarantee that the same vehicle will be available.
During peak hours or other circumstances, we may use the services of other limousine companies. While other companies will continue to be subject to our supervision, they will operate under their own operating guidelines and always under their own insurance policies.

If a passenger is delayed after arriving at the terminal, an additional fee may be charged for each additional 5 minutes or less than the free waiting time.

Under Australian law, passengers should always wear seat belts when the vehicle is in motion (if the vehicle is equipped with seat belts).
No smoking
In accordance with state law, smoking is prohibited in any APL vehicle. If any passenger is found smoking in the vehicle of APL or APL 's service provider, a fee will be charged at the discretion of the driver or APL 's service provider.
APL , its operators and licensors reserve the right to use other approved car rental / limousine / coach service providers as necessary. These operators have been pre-qualified by APL and are deemed to be of sufficient quality to provide services on behalf of LTG . These suppliers are under the supervision of APL , its operators and licensors at all times during the booking period.
Airport transfer
For all airport transfers, we ask that you turn on your mobile phone when landing. The driver will then contact you, usually via text message, with the exact meeting point. Flight time changes or cancellations
If your flight is delayed, don't worry, the driver will keep track of all flights and adjust arrival times based on delays.
If your flight is cancelled, please contact our office via SMS +61424776161 or email APL support@gmail.com to inform us and we will inform you of the next steps.
If your flight arrives early, we will try to have the driver arrive early, but this is not always possible. All vehicles and drivers are scheduled and in some cases you may need to wait if your flight arrives early. We keep track of all flights and make every effort to pick you up as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee to pick you up before your scheduled time.
If you are delayed at customs or entry, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the delay. We will wait for one hour, starting after the flight lands. Waiting fees will be charged if you exceed the waiting time. As long as you contact us, your driver will not leave. If you fail to contact us and communicate, you will lose the full fee. You will need to seek relief from the party responsible for the delay due to reasons beyond our control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.
Waiting time policy
APL offers free wait times on all bookings that exceed industry standards.
The free waiting time is as follows:
Offers 15 minutes of free waiting time at home, hotel or other non-airport pickup location.
Provides 30 minutes of free waiting time at domestic airport terminals.
Offers 60 minutes of free waiting time at the international airport terminal.
Offers 30 minutes of free waiting time at the cruise terminal.
The following waiting time rates apply to all major Australian cities.
Once the free waiting time is used up, waiting time fees will be charged in units of 5 minutes.
The waiting time rates below include Goods and Services Tax ( GST ).

* All flights are tracked by radar, and the free waiting time is only calculated from the time the plane lands, regardless of whether the flight is delayed.
public holiday
Some surcharges may apply on public holidays, please consult the Customer Service Center when booking.
Typically, most cities may impose a surcharge during festive periods such as Christmas and New Year's Eve / New Year's Day. During other public holidays, most major cities generally do not charge a surcharge.
Out of hours surcharge
A 25% surcharge will apply to all vehicle types for vehicle bookings starting between 00:00 and 05:59 midnight.
* Some contracts or rate plans may contain terms that differ from the terms above. Terms contained in valid and current contracts and / or rate plans will take precedence over the above terms.
child seat
As APL is classified as a reservation service, the expectation under the law is that there is sufficient advance notice for the installation of child seats, which is different from the nature of taxi services.
Therefore, under Australian law, all children under the age of 8 must ride in an infant seat, child seat or booster seat, as determined by Australian law.
There is a $ 10 fee per seat for infant seats, child seats and booster seats.
While drivers will do their best to safely install child seats, parents / guardians are strongly encouraged to check before the journey begins and make adjustments as necessary. Drivers are trained to install child seats, but they are not professional installers and parents / guardians are expected to ensure the safety of their children as they would in their own vehicle. The driver, infant seat, child seat or booster seat provider will install the child seat, but the parent / guardian will maintain it to ensure the safety of the child.
